                西洋菜魚片粥

                材料

                去骨魚排300克,西洋菜一把,大米三把,香糯米一把,洋蔥少許,姜少許,鹽少許

                做法

                1大米和少量香糯米先浸泡半小時然後下到鍋裏煮開

                2煮開後放入洗凈切片的去骨魚排洋蔥末姜末

                3以中小火熬制如ξ 果過於粘稠易粘鍋就加少量開水不帶走時攪拌直到米粒和魚那到底拿不拿他做實驗呢片徹底煮熟

                4此時加入一把洗凈的西洋菜再煮幾分鐘

                5西洋菜ㄨ變老之前加入少量鹽拌均勻即可

                小訣竅

                1熬制過程中需要不時攪拌以防米粒粘鍋2如果大米本身就◇很香則不需要加入香糯米來提味
