                酸辣白菜

                材料

                主料:白菜350克,

                輔料:紅尖椒10克,青尖椒10克,

                調料:辣椒(紅,尖,幹)5克,大蔥5克,姜3克,鹽3克,味精2克,豌豆澱粉5克,白醋5克,香油5克

                做法

                將幹辣椒但顧獨行知道切塊,蔥切段,姜切〗成細絲;

                2.青、紅辣椒卻是有目共睹去蒂、籽,切菱形片;
