                綠豆涼糕

                材料

                綠豆沙300克,蜂蜜3大匙,水250克,瓊脂5克

                做法

                1.水倒入鍋中燒開,放入瓊脂,將其煮化

                2.然後倒→入蜂蜜和綠豆沙,攪拌均勻,熄火

                3.將拌好的豆沙糊趁熱倒入模¤具中,待涼切塊即可
