                叉燒肉做法指▂導

                  插在腹內燒,用的是暗□火,以熱輻射燒烤而熟;叉著燒№的是明火,是直接用火烤熟的,這樣全瘦的裏脊乃顯得幹枯,故後來便將裏脊肉改為半肥瘦肉,並在面這上古戰場被成為修真界第一險地上塗抹始糖。使其在燒烤過程中有分解出來的油脂和飴糖來緩解火勢而不致幹枯,且有甜蜜的芳香味。
