                清炒絲瓜

                材料

                絲瓜二根,大蒜四頭,花生油,鹽少許

                做法

                1.絲瓜去皮,洗凈,從中間吳先生請放心一分為二切片備用;

                2.鍋內油燒熱,下蒜茸事情煸出香味,倒入絲瓜,加入鹽一起翻炒;

                3.炒至絲瓜心完』全變白即可出鍋。

                小訣竅

                炒絲瓜不變色◆的小妙招:這是在老︻家向鄰居家的哥哥學了,絲瓜切好後也如果不當時炒應該放入鹽水中泡著,因為絲瓜剝皮後和空氣接觸後會氧化!炒時放入絲▲瓜就加鹽,一直翻炒這樣炒出來的湯都是白的,為什麽會這樣我也不知道,前輩『的經驗一定要聽,因為我試驗過。
